Terms and Conditions for GeleExpo Competition

Eligibility:

1.1 The GeleExpo Competition (the “Competition”) is open to individuals who are at least 13 years old at the time of entry.

1.2 Employees, affiliates, partners, or immediate family members of GeleExpo or its sponsors are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

1.3 The Competition is open to participants from all countries, unless otherwise stated.

Entry:

2.1 To enter the Competition, participants must submit their own original gele (headgear) design.

2.2 Submissions can be made through the designated entry form provided by GeleExpo.

2.3 Participants may submit only one entry for the Competition.

2.4 Entries must be submitted within the specified entry period, as announced by GeleExpo.

2.5 By entering the Competition, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property:

3.1 Participants retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to their gele designs.

3.2 By entering the Competition, participants grant GeleExpo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the submitted designs for the purposes of promoting the Competition and GeleExpo, including but not limited to online and offline marketing materials, social media, and publications.

3.3 Participants are responsible for ensuring that their submissions do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

4.Judging

 4.1 All eligible entries will be reviewed and judged by a panel of experts selected by GeleExpo.

4.2 The judging criteria may include, but are not limited to, creativity, originality, craftsmanship, and overall aesthetic appeal.

4.3 The decisions of the judging panel are final and binding in all matters related to the Competition.

4.4 GeleExpo reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms and Conditions or that is deemed inappropriate or offensive.

Prizes:

5.1 The prizes for the Competition will be announced by GeleExpo prior to the start of the entry period.

5.2 The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

5.3 GeleExpo reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Winner Notification:

6.1 Winners will be notified by email or through the contact information provided during the entry process.

6.2If a winner does not respond within a specified time period (as determined by GeleExpo), the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6.3 winners price will be presented on the day of geleexpo 2023.

Publicity:

7.1 By participating in the Competition, winners grant GeleExpo the right to use their names, likenesses, photographs, and other identifying information for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability:

8.1 GeleExpo and its affiliates, partners, and sponsors shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by or arising from participation in the Competition or the use or misuse of any prize.

8.2 GeleExpo does not assume any responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized access to participant entries.

Modification or Termination:

9.1 GeleExpo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.

9.2 GeleExpo may also modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and participants are responsible for regularly reviewing the updated terms.

Governing Law:

10.1 The Competition and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where GeleExpo is headquartered.

By participating in the GeleExpo Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and Conditions.
